2024 REVALUATION

The Town of Brooklyn has contracted with Vision Government Solutions, Inc. to complete the town-wide revaluation of all real property in the Town of Brooklyn effective for the October 1, 2024 Grand List as required by State Statute.

As we are required to inspect only 50% of the properties this year, Vision will not be going to every property, on every street.  You may see them working in your area, but they may not knock on your door.

Vision Government Solution appraisers and data collectors performing field review and inspections will be wearing identification badges and possess written documentation clearly stating the purpose of their visit. Homeowners are encouraged to ask for identification prior to admitting anyone on/into the premises.
